This feature is found on phones like the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, providing helpful information such as weather details and package shipment updates. However, some users find it to be an annoying hindrance on their home screen.
Future Update for Pixel At a Glance Toggle
The new toggle for the At a Glance feature is part of the changes in the recent Android 14 QPR2 Beta 1 update. Although the toggle isn’t visible yet, it can be manually activated, suggesting that Google plans to enable this feature soon. The toggle is expected to be located in Home Settings and, when disabled, will remove the widget from the screen, allowing for customization of the home screen layout.
