Samsung Partners with Lacoste for New Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 Cases
Samsung has teamed up with French fashion brand Lacoste to release new protective cases for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. Each case features the same monogram pattern from Lacoste’s 2023 collection, adding a touch of luxury to these foldable devices.
Continuing their longstanding collaboration, Samsung and Lacoste have previously released exclusive accessories for Samsung’s mobile devices. They recently launched a case for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and have also created unique cases for the Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy S21 FE. With the introduction of the new foldables, Samsung and Lacoste are expanding their collection of covers.
The previous Lacoste case for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 came in four colors matching the device and featured Lacoste’s iconic green crocodile logo. This time, the crocodile logo remains, but it is now black to blend with the black body of the case.
The new Lacoste cases for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 have a distinct look thanks to a white monogram pattern. The pattern showcases skyscrapers in a rhombus-shaped box and is said to represent Lacoste’s latest luxury collection.
Samsung emphasizes that these designer cases not only provide protection from scratches and shocks but are also fashion accessories that complement a sporty chic style. They perfectly match the design of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5.
While pricing and availability details haven’t been announced yet, it is expected that these cases will be available for purchase through Samsung’s official website in France. Past cases from this collaboration have been priced around €50. However, it is uncertain whether the Lacoste-branded cases will be available in other markets.
In addition to the partnership with Lacoste, Samsung has also chosen fashion influencer Sally as the new ambassador for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 in France. Sally, who shares fashion and beauty tips for hair care, is seen as a fitting choice for the promotional campaign due to her assertive personality and audacity, which align with the campaign’s message of asserting one’s style.
