A new smartphone, the OPPO Find N3, is expected to launch later this month. This information comes from Digital Chat Station, as shared by Abhishek Yadav. Although Yadav refers to the phone as the OPPO Find N3 Fold, it is likely that the accurate name is OPPO Find N3 from previous iterations.
OPPO’s previous foldable smartphones were named OPPO Find N and OPPO Find N2, so it is fitting for the third iteration to be called the Find N3. The previous model, the OPPO Find N3 Flip, was launched last month, meaning we are now eagerly waiting for the OPPO Find N3. The phone is expected to be released in China before the end of the month.
According to Abhishek Yadav, the global version of the phone will be named OnePlus Open, which aligns with previous rumors. The two phones are expected to have identical hardware.
The OPPO Find N3 will probably be exclusive to China
Given the upcoming release of the OnePlus Open, it is likely that the OPPO Find N3 will only be available in the Chinese market, similar to its predecessors. Both OnePlus and OPPO are under the umbrella of the same parent company, BBK Electronics.
The design of the OPPO Find N3 is expected to resemble the OPPO Find N2, with some differences in the camera arrangement on the back. The phone will also have a larger size but maintain a similar aspect ratio to its predecessor.
Both the OPPO Find N3 and the OnePlus Open are anticipated to feature the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and ample RAM. The phones will most likely include LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage.
